I can't believe i read this in just ONE SITTING. OMG.
This book is about Lara Jean, a girl who wrote love letters to all the boys she loved before and one day they all got sent out. She had to face the consequences of each of the boys. This book isn't just about her love life, but her family plays a big part in it too. It goes on how to lives her life without her older sister Margot who is gone to Scotland for collage.
The main character Lara Jean is a girl that doesn't like going out, never dated a guy before and likes to scrapbook and knit. Her personality is quite sweet and pure and she cares about her family a lot. One thing i have to say is that i can relate to her and i find her to be a very likeable character. There are a few boys that appear in the book but i think Peter's the main guy... not sure about Josh...
The plot is a bit of a cliche where unpopular girl meets popular guy and everyone thinks he is a player...
The setting is like a typical, normal place which is why it's so relatable. I got used to the place that Lara Jean lives in, her neighbours and all. I love it. The writing style is a bit weird to begin with as it's quite hard to get what Lara Jean is on about but as the story progresses it gets better and better.
Anyways i think most of the characters are all very realistic and fun to read about but some sides like Genevieve, Lara Jean's Dad are a tad bit flat (one dimensional) .
There are certain things about the characters and the story that i dislike but there are also factors that i love. Things i dislike are when Lara Jean is being a bit childish, like i don't really get why a sixteen year old still calls her dad daddy (just saying haha) and i feel a bit weird when i found out she likes ..........SPOILER BELOW..........

her sister's ex. She seems a bit weak at times too, like during the scene where she saw Genevieve and started crying after what Genevieve said. At that moment i really wanted to just be her and or go there t help her.

One thing i love about this book is the letters, reading them was just so much fun and i can actually imagine if that situation was to happen to me and what would i have done differently if i was her. To be honest, i knew it was Lara Jean's little sister Kitty who sent those letters, knew it from the start. When i read the end i was like 'I KNEW IT! HA!'. overall i really found this book refreshing and enjoyable. The cover is beautiful, the characters worked out nicely and i really like the Peter guy (not because he's hot but his personality just seems so much fun to be with haha).
